The 5th unit purchased, started as my home. But now has been converted to a rental. Located in Sunchase it is just steps from The Whales Tail 10B is 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit. My only END unit gives spectacular views of the sunset. Sunchase is also located directly across the street from Circle K for last minute supplies or short trips! This unit is a converted Master Bedroom with a larger bath, closet and laundry room with washer/dryer. It is perfect for a party of 3 or less or a longer stay with the extra storage. (This unit was formerly named 5B and was changed to reflect the unit number )
